Program

Venconiq Order Alerts sends text messages about food orders placed through Venconiq at order.venconiq.com. The program is operated by Venconiq LLC.

How you opt in

When you place an order, you enter your mobile number and check the box agreeing to receive text messages about that order. By checking the box, you agree to these terms.

What we send

Message frequency: 2 messages per order, one when your order is placed and one when it's ready for pickup.

Order updates only. The first message includes a link to your order's status page. You'll also get a reply if you text STOP, START or HELP. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You'll get one message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and we won't text you again. To start receiving texts again, reply START.

Reply HELP to any message for help, or email garrett@venconiq.com.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery isn't guaranteed. Your order status is always available on the order page, even if a text doesn't arrive.

Privacy

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or text message opt-in consent with third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers are deleted from orders 30 days after the order is placed. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version on this page and change the effective date above.
